PowerStream Dynamics ("the App") is provided by MidCentral Energy Partners LLC ("we," "us") as an internal field-operations tool for authorized personnel. This policy explains what the App collects and how it is used.
Who can use the App
The App is intended for authorized employees and contractors. Access requires sign-in with a Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) account; the App is not for general public use.
Information we collect
Account & identity — name, email/UPN, and organizational identifiers provided through Microsoft Entra ID sign-in. Authentication is handled by Microsoft; we do not see or store your password.
Operational data you enter — work orders, service calls, maintenance records, asset and equipment data, and related notes.
Photos & camera — images you capture or attach to work orders and maintenance records.
Maps & directions — the App shows maps and can open your preferred maps app (Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Waze) for directions to a job site, using address information you enter. The App does not collect or track your device's location.
Device & usage data — basic device and diagnostic information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the App, including push-notification tokens.
How we use information
To provide field-operations functionality (work orders, maintenance, mapping, notifications).
To authenticate and authorize users and secure the service.
To diagnose problems and improve reliability.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information.
Data is processed on Microsoft Azure and shared only with service providers that support the App (e.g., Microsoft for authentication and hosting; Apple/Google for mapping) under their respective terms.
We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention & security
Operational data is retained per MidCentral Energy's internal records policies. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices
Camera, photo, location, and notification permissions can be managed in your device settings; some features may not work if disabled. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact us below.
Children
The App is not directed to children and is for authorized workforce use only.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
